Avex announced it had increased its ownership of Brandon Silverstein's S10 Entertainment to 85%, with an agreement to reach 100% over time. Silverstein remains CEO of S10 and Avex Music Group and an equity partner in Avex Music Group. This is a new incremental ownership transaction following Avex's 2024 strategic investment and separate 2025 acquisition of S10's music publishing catalog. Amount paid, prior ownership and valuation undisclosed; 85% is Avex's resulting ownership, not necessarily the newly acquired percentage.
